Close-interval audits
Monitoring of archives at a dedicated frequency, higher than the Standard's five-year cadence, via video conference.
Scheduled checks
With notifications to the relevant company manager and verification reports always available in the reserved area.
Transfer reports
Verification of reports and requests to the Preservation Provider to resolve any discrepancies, across multiple document classes too.
Priority support
Dedicated contact and priority channel via ticket, chat and e-mail, in addition to the site's FAQs.
